Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data provided under this registration will be protected under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (“Ordinance”). The provision of your personal data is voluntary, however, any failure to supply such data may lead to inability to process your registration.
Purpose of Collection
The personal data submitted by you in this form will be collected, retained, processed, used and transferred for the purposes of processing your registration of CRGo2023 and Dinner; facilitating communications with you and other purposes relating to your participation in CRGo2023 and Dinner.
Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data will be kept on a confidential basis by The University of Hong Kong Clinical Trials Centre (“HKU-CTC”) and only be accessed and handled by authorized staff for the said purposes. But your personal data may be disclosed to authorized agents, contractors or service providers solely for the said purposes.
Access and Correction of Personal Data
Under the Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and/or correction of your personal data. Any request should be made to HKU-CTC’s Personal Data Protection Coordinator (Email: pdpcctc@hku.hk; Tel: +852 2255-2550). If you have any question about your rights under the Ordinance, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data of Hong Kong.
Security, Accuracy and Retention of Personal Data
Your personal data collected in this form will be stored and maintained in secure and controlled systems that are not accessible by the public. HKU-CTC takes reasonable steps to ensure that all personal data held by it is accurate, complete, correct and reliable for the intended use. Your personal data will be retained by HKU-CTC according to its policy on retention of data and records.

Your continued use of the website after posting of such changes indicates your acceptance to the same. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
